The Disappearing Blogs

Isn't the magic of David Copperfield amazing?
He can make items as large as the Statue of Liberty
or a jet plane disappear right before your eyes.

Abracadabra it's gone.... Ooooh!

Then make them reappear just as fast.

Abracadabra it's back... Ahhhha!

Now one of the Google Blogger blogspot employees, who
must have been practicing his magic act these last few
days, can do this with your blogs...and not just a few,
I'm talking about thousands...Oh!

At least that's what we bloggers who have been using the
free hosting at Googles Blogger blogspot, that have had
their blogs just magically disappear, must think. There
today gone tomorrow or just hours after an update or a viewing.

Poof! Gone! Just like magic!

Now don't get me wrong I love magic. Especially when it's
done by an expert and you know beforehand what it is that
might disappear. And best of all, when you know that it will
reappear when the magician does his hocuspocus or whatever
you call it.

We all know that Google is making thousands of dollars a
day with their ads being placed everywhere, on websites,
on blogs, on radio, on TV, on Billboards. I can't think of
anyplace where there are ads that there isn't one that's
from Google or for Google.

So it was a shock to those of us who have had their blogs
so magically wiped off the Internet by them, to think we
could get help or at least an answer when we asked what
happened to our blogs.

With the money they make daily you would think we would get,
in a timely manner, something besides a simple guess or a
copy and paste reply, more than 24 hours later, from an
employee in their help forum. But that's exactly what we
got, nothing more ,nothing less.

So we are left wondering when or if ever, we will be
contacted with an explanation of why our blogs have
disappeared. It's this kind of magic I don't care about.

Oh, where is David Copperfield when you need him?

Contributor's Note

I will be posting in this blog daily about the progress of
getting our blogs back on-line. Thanks for reading.
