Diet and Pills, What really works?

It seems as if everyone at some time or other is faced with a diet problem. They are overweight or underweight, pre-diabetic or diabetic. The fact is they are always looking for the right way to lose those unwanted pounds, gain a few pounds or find the diet that will keep them healthy. They are looking for the "miracle cure" in a pill.

Little do they know, there is NO such pill on the market.

Lets start with the number 1 problem: Overweight

Sure you can find hundreds of pills that say "take me and lose that fat overnight" but what people fail to realize is the pill is not what will make you lose that fat. It is what comes with that pill that does the trick...the instructions!

It says eat less fat, eat less high calorie foods, exercise more and then you will lose weight.

Yeah, you just spent your money on some pill that will only make you feel confident so that you will lose weight but only if you follow their diet and exercise program. The pill is not going to make you lose weight. You have to change your way of eating.

So now you know the truth. The instructions is worth more than the pill and if you follow these instructions, even if you never take the pills, you will get the same results.

A fitter and slimmer you.

Quite simply NO, DIET PILLS DO NOT WORK!
What works is consuming less calories than you burn.
It's as simple as that! evrything else like physical excersion is a bonus to actively losing weight.
